Pro Agility Shuttle: 2 Attempts One To Left and One To Right Must Touch Line To Count Hand Must Be On Starting Line and
Body Cannot Cross Line For Start
Vertical and Broad Jump: Two attempts per event Feet must be behind line (broad jump) Stepping not allowed
Bench Press: 185
